Therapy Groups & Support Groups
Safe, Affirming Spaces to Heal in Community
Individual therapy isn't the only path to healing. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to build connection, process shared experiences, and break the isolation that often accompanies minority stress, identity navigation, trauma recovery, and major life transitions.
All virtual groups are confidential, limited in size to ensure meaningful participation, and open to residents physically located across California, Florida, and Ontario.
